The Document Generator is a result of the rigorous further developement of ScanTools product philosophy. Because essentially, the quality of automatic from-data capture and evaluation is positively influenced by optimum form layout.
With only a few mouse clicks, you produce your automatically readable form. The Document Generator is programmed in such a way that your forms can be easily and quickly designed to automatically conform to all "rules of automatic readability".
The Document Generator features a standardised interface for the import of existing data from EDP systems. This covers, for example, the import of process texts and abbreviations used in laboratory medicine or complete address data (sender data).
On the basis of these data and of the convenient layout tools, the Document Generator produces customised and automatically-readable forms in an attractive design. Drafts produced in this way can be printed out on laser or inkjet printers. The Postscript file that is created is used to forward the form as finished artwork to a professional printer, thereby saving time and money in the preprint stage.
For example, produce flexibly adapted laboratory order slips for the respective specific requirements of the various physician groups or senders and only print out the number of forms that you actually require!
