Description Document Scanners Panasonic KV-S4085CL / KV-S4065CL The document scanners KV-S4065CL and KV-S4085CL from Panasonic are characterised by their excellent paper handling, robust construction, remarkable image quality and innovative image-enhancement technology. The scanners automatically detect documents which are stapled together and as a result of an outstanding feed mechanism (ADF) ensure smooth processing of various types of paper, both in terms of size and thickness. The scanning speed of the KV-S4065CL is up to 120 images per minute (60 pages/min./A4) and of the KV-S4085CL up to 160 images per minute (80 pages/min./A4) in high-resolution 200 or 300 dpi. In addition, the ultrasonic double-feed control is standard, ensuring that no double feed of any kind takes place, for example in the case of attached photographs or sticky notes. The function of automatic mono and colour recognition that is integrated into both scanners ensures that no pre-sorting of documents is necessary. Both scanners automatically position and crop the documents/images used in order to save user memory space, reduce revision processing time and increase the OCR-/ICR recognition quota. Tech.
