Mediaform presents new software solution at the DIVI Congress 2025

Mediaform will present its new MEDIassist software solution at the DIVI Congress 2025 in Hamburg. From 3 to 5 December 2025, visitors to Hall H, Stand HC-22 can experience how the software simplifies everyday hospital life and increases patient safety.

The DIVI Congress 2025 – Impulses for intensive care and emergency medicine

The German Interdisciplinary Association for Intensive Care and Emergency Medicine (DIVI) invites you to the Congress Centre Hamburg (CCH) under the motto ‘Decide wisely. Act mindfully.’ The DIVI Congress is considered the most important platform for interdisciplinary exchange in intensive care and emergency medicine in German-speaking countries.

Holistic medication management for optimal patient care

MEDIassist is the logical further development of the proven Praxikett Designer and offers significant improvements: optimised one-click printing, extended label and designer functionality, and full multi-client capability.

The decisive added value: MEDIassist can be integrated into the digital closed loop via an interface, thus ensuring a consistently secure process – from prescription to DIVI-compliant label printing to complete documentation of medication administration.

The software simplifies the preparation, dispensing and documentation of medications through intuitive operation, customisable label catalogues and an integrated designer for creating your own label layouts. Over 650 DIVI-compliant templates are ready to use immediately.

Thanks to server-based architecture and a central database, all clinical departments – from anaesthesia to intensive care and the operating theatre to the hospital pharmacy – have access to a uniform label standard.

Printed safety for intensive care and emergency medicine

Digital medication labelling with MEDIassist ensures greater safety in drug therapy. Standardised processes minimise sources of error at the point of care: manual entries and mix-ups are a thing of the past. With one-click printing, correct labels with the current production date are created directly at the point of use.

Static roll stocks are a thing of the past – labels are printed as needed, without time-consuming reordering processes.
